VillaAl Mare - large eco - villa (Tenuta) on the shores of the amazing Adriatic Sea near Brindisi and the Torre Guaceto nature reserve, with a swimming pool and a large garden (3 hectares). Villa - three-storey, 900 m from the sea. 

The residence is completely renovated and offers stylish, fully furnished holiday apartments with every comfort, with kitchens with utensils, bathrooms with showers, verandas, parking for cars.

The villa has 2 apartments. 

Large apartments occupy the entire second floor  - 4 bedrooms with double beds (in one of the bedrooms there is an additional bunk bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, a large living room combined with a kitchen and  2 terraces ( 40 sq. meters) with a beautiful picturesque view of the vineyards. On the terrace there is a barbecue and a large dining table.

Attic apartment - 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed, the second - a transforming bunk bed), a bathroom with a shower, a large living room with a sofa bed and a kitchen.

All furniture is new.

TV, internet (unlimited).

Apartments are rented together or separately.

Both apartments have independent entrances.

A large, well-groomed territory with a swimming pool with sun loungers, gazebos, fountains with fish and turtles, a sauna and a summer kitchen.

Illumination of the entire territory and the pool in the evening.

Everything you need for children (baby cot, high chair).

The homestead grows and produces organic products (fruits, vegetables, olive oil, wine, eggs, etc.).

There is a small trading post on the territory of the villa, you can not only see the production and taste, but also buy  local wines and olive oil. Participate in a master class on the production of the region's most famous pasta orecchiette ("ears") or equally famous panzerotti, and then eat it all at a joint dinner.

All vegetables and fruits, straight from the tree and the garden, are offered to guests in unlimited quantities as a compliment.

Animals are welcome.

When booking, a contract is drawn up and an invitation for a visa (if necessary).
